Clubhouse Information

 

 

In order to keep the Clubhouse & Pool presentable for the enjoyment all owners please note the following:

 

• The exercise equipment is available to residents only. Please wipe off equipment after each use with the wipes provided.  If you are the last person to leave please turn off the televisions in the fitness center.

• The gas to the fireplace in the clubhouse is turned off for the summer and will be turned back on in the fall.  When in use, a remote activates the fireplace.  Please check to make sure the fireplace is turned off before you leave the clubhouse.

• The HD flat screen TV is for everyone’s enjoyment.  Please be sure the TV is turned off when you leave.

• The clubhouse is professionally cleaned every two weeks. In between cleanings we ask that you please clean up after yourselves.  Additional supplies for the kitchen and bathroom areas can be found in the kitchen cabinets (i.e. toilet paper, hand soap, etc.).  A key to the paper towel dispenser will be kept in the first kitchen drawer on the left.

• Please remove items in the refrigerator at the end of your visit. 

• Smoking is not allowed on the clubhouse premises, which includes the pool deck and the front porches. 

• No pets allowed in the clubhouse or on the pool deck.
