Submit the completed Architectural Review Application Form and any additional information pertinent to your project (attachments, photos, etc.) to a member of the Architectural Review Committee on your side (North or South)  (Click Here for Architectural Committees contact info).

The Architectural Review Committee will review your request and make an approval decision as soon as possible, but in no later than fourteen days. That decision will then be relayed to the Board for administrative/record keeping purposes.

The Board will forward the decision to ProCom for an official letter to be sent to the requestor.
