Architectural Review Requests
In accordance with the Shipley's Crossing HOA Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements (page 7, subsection 2), it is mandated that no changes or alterations be made to the exterior of any structure or the contour of any lot until plans and specifications, showing the nature, dimensions, proposed construction schedule, party or parties to perform the work, photographs of the existing improvements or area to be improved, and other information requested by the applicable Architectural Review Committee, have been submitted to and approved in writing by such Architectural Review Committee, and the Board if Directors. In order to accomplish this, the Board of Directors has implemented procedures that make this process quick and easy.
